DeClan's New York Loft

DeClan's loft is modern, expensive, and sparse. The public rooms are always pristine as if no one lives there. Steel storm doors unseen but slide down from the ceiling to cover all the windows. The second large bedroom is used as a laboratory as he searches for cures to all the "inhuman" conditions.
